"The jr ocean suite was big, clean and gave a direct view of the ocean. The staff was amazon from the porters to the receptions. All were welcoming and vey friendly. The Bartender David was amazing. By the 2nd day he knew everyone choice of drink and names. He also makes great taste tester and had me coming back for a Bahamas mama "

"It was a last minute trip booked on Sat. and arrived Sunday morning. We stayed for 5 days. The hotel was beautiful with 2 pools with lot of beach chairs and the infinity pool was amazing beautiful. The room was clean, staffs are very friendly, meals were great. We tried all restaurants overall, we love it!! However, booked a cirque de soleil show with transportation through Expedia. Didn’t receive any notification about where and what time to pick up until last minute which was the morning of the day of the show. Got to the lobby 10 mins early but the shuttle left 20 mins before the expected time. One of the concierge at the hotel named Cynthia, she helped us arranged transportation and we arrived safely and on time. I have to special thank you to Cynthia! Thank you very much once again. We definitely recommend to all my friends and family. "

"Staffs were super helpful but the property needs serious update/repair. To begin, broken elevator and steep stairs to climb up to the 5th floor at 2000 altitude is not fun. Then coming back to WiFi no able to connect for two days in a row. And the noise from insufficient insulated windows leaking sound from nearby pubs and clubs… Stay away if you prefer NOT to climb stairs to your room, working WiFi, and peaceful place to rest. "
