Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!

This is the best place my family has ever stayed. It was clean and comfortable, the hotel was modern with the most amazing views. The staff were all so nice and when they saw us Checking in with our 5 year old they brought him his own robe and slippers for the onsen. We are going to make it a point to come back here.

Everything perfect! Excelent service

We got the premium room with the the private onsen, the check in process was very nice, they sat us down, provided us with drinks and had us fill out forms in the lobby. The whole process was very relaxed. We then were walked over to our room, they offered to carry our things and than showed us everything in the room. We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western.

Breakfast and amenities quality are really nice. All staffs are very kind and helpful. Everything satisfied. So I would like recommend Muwa Niseko very strongly.

This was the perfect stay for our one night in Hakodate, but wish we could have staying longer to explore the city and enjoy this wonderful hotel! The amenities are top notch, from the private and public onsen, to the complimentary drinks and snacks, to the beautiful and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is such an array of Japanese food and loved the late night ramen. Such a nice way to unwind after a day of train travel. Really enjoyed the views from the property and truly felt relaxed here.
