Great location in Hakodate and lovely rooftop onsen. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of sashimi. Overall a great overnight stay on our way to Hoikkado from Tokyo.
It has a convenient location. The price is very reasonable since it provides hot spring. It's about 10 minutes walk to the hill foot.
The room is big and outdoor onsen is good. The buffet breakfast is yummy with sashimi and tempura. A bit far from station but no issue for us as we got a car. Not free parking though.

The Room was bright and spacious and had an excellent view - the mountain, marina, and town. Breakfast buffet was very good, especially salad bar and fresh coffee!
Clean, comfortable, very convenient - it's directly opposite Hakodate station - and very cheap, but the rooms and foyer are very dated and the hotel is undeniably worn around the edges. You get what you pay for, and it's excellent value.
