"The Nikko hotel chain is legendary. The service is impeccable. Everything about this hotel is 6-star - from the wlecome to the final goodbyes. We had our laundry washed in express time. The buffet breakfast is off the scale - Ainu soup, waffle croissants, fresh mango - more than 100 dishes - and views from the 35th floor over Sapporo and beyond. You could not provide a better service than this. "
