The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms. The room was very spacious. Our room had a living space area with sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, induction stove, and fridge. Tableware, pots/pans, utensils and dish soap + sponge were included. The bathroom also had a washer. We liked that the sink, toilet, and bathing area were all separated.

Our favorite hotel in Sapporo! Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room. Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work. Absolutely loved our stay at Bespoke Sapporo. Very central location near two stations and three train lines, and the hotel itself is new, clean and well-designed. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was a nice stay, within easy walking distance to Odori Park, lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Staffs were friendly even there was a language barrier but they tried their best to communicate with us. Room was decent but don’t expect plenty of space. Hotel was next to the main avenue leading to Sapporo station so it’s very vibrant at night, also close to shopping places and food plazas, many local restaurants that are tourists friendly. For laundry there was a coin laundry right behind the 7-11.

Location is perfect. And having a book store downstairs makes it even better. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in Sapporo again.

Excellent location with shops right next door and directly across the street. Their elevators are connected directly to Pole Town which leads directly to the subway and underground shopping.

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress.
