Excellent hotel, big room, gorgeous view. Staff was super helpful and kind. Onsen was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Sapporo.

It was a pleasant stay in general. The onsen/spa was very nice and clean. The staff were super helpful during a medical crisis - calling the ambulance and translating with the medical staff. But the heating was constantly on at 23 C and it would not turn off. This made it quite unpleasant in the room.

Hotel was near the subway station. Within walking distance to a halal eatery. Restaurant at hotel lobby also had vegan options and there’s no pork in the menu. Hotel pillows were miserably small and uncomfortable though

I loved the bathhouse the most. It was the highlight of my stay. I only wish the lounge didn’t close when the spa closed as I enjoyed that space. I couldn’t find the gym but no big deal cause I wasn’t really going to use it. The room was way too hot and we were always trying to figure out a way to keep it cool as possible but it always felt too warm. It made for restless nights. The bathroom smelled bad but that’s due to the construction of the building and not much can be done about it. though management did make an effort. The hotel was a very walkable distance to city center but is away from the action. With kids it’s a trek to get to things but not bad for adults. Overall it was a good stay.

I am a repeat guest. This time, Room's carpet is badly stained from entrance to window. No lighting in open closet with hangers & with a very small luggage bench & safe box. How to check clothes, how to see items clearly going in & out of safe??? Aside ,no other place to put out clothings ( early nov'23). Housekeeping & Buffet restaurant staff were great. Front Desk short woman on duty 31oct - 11.45am was horrible, no smile no greeting when I walked up after arrival. Very Very unjapanese. The guys during my 9days stay were friendly. Terra- short woman (saw her in May'23) senior staff, very unjapanese "service" too.

Pleasant Stay

My overall experience was pleasant. My only gripe for my stay is that the carpet in my room needed shampooing. Other than that, service and food provided was good. The cleaning staff did as requested. The food provided for breakfast was excellent and the ambience at the Terra restaurant was memorable. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Building is very clean and has several shops and restaurants inside. Hotel is also pretty close to the Subway Station so it was convenient to travel around the city.
