"We stayed for 1 night and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an Economy twin room, which was surprisingly large, which we loved, as we had a lot of luggage. There is a spa here that closes at 2am that people like. Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to use it if you have tattoos, so I personally could not go to it. The location is convenient, right near the clock tower and Odori park. There is also a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the New Chitose Airport, and it is only 1300 yen. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Sapporo. "
