"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The public bath was also a great amenity and very useful after a long day. The only downside was the coin laundry. The dryer didn’t dry the clothes very well, and it would have been nice to have one more washer/dryer unit since we had to wait quite a while for our turn. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a pleasant stay!"
