Our favorite hotel in Sapporo! Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room. Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work. Ideal location if you using the JR trains.

We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza...

Great staff, big rooms, updated and clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke very good English. The room was nice and clean. Location is about 5min walk from the bus/train station and 15min walk from major shopping/dining area.

Had a great 3 day stay. Very nice room. Good meals. Great spa facility. Recommend.

I appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism I have experienced at Daiwa hotels. The room was quite small and it was hard to find space to unpack and pack. Otherwise, I had a lovely experience.

This is the 2nd time we stayed with Hotel Gracery. They have never disappointed us. Although the hotel condition was a little dated, we had a very comfortable stay. Service and amenities were great and thoughtful ! Breakfast buffet was awesome, delicious local food choices !! Love it !!

next to a park, but only 5 subway stations to center of the town. Excellent Japanese breakfast. Staff were helpful with great courtesy. Hotel is modern and clean. Bed is small as most hotels in Japan. My wife and I took a walk from the hotel to the JR station shopping area. You will pass many interesting sightseeing spots.

Hotel was in a great location. It was clean, very spacious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would book again if I'll ever go back to Sapporo.
