" Beautifully decorated and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Nice stay, close to beach. You can hear the waves at night. Quite neighbor safe for walking. Perfect for pets. Comfy mattress. Lots of beach stuff so leave yours at home. Perfect for kids. Wonderful host would stay here again. 5 stars"

"We were very unhappy with the stay. Sink backed up after owner told us it was fixed before our stay. Plumber had to come and fix it and the water main into the washer. The first laundry we attempted to do became an issue as the water dripped into our clothes and then there was an error. Owner complained to us that it cost her 2500.00 to fix it he plumbing issues. We also had no water one day for a couple of hours due to construction work down the road. The host asked us to go to the neighbors and ask if they had water as she was leaving for a doctors appointment. We declined. The house is dated as well. The location was beautiful. I would not recommend. "

"We loved this hotel! We came to explore St. Augustine and also to visit the beach. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Breakfast each morning was great. "

"Great house. Great location. Very communicative host. Pool was lovely after the beach and at night. We enjoyed opening up the back doors and spending time as a family in the screened area. The three amazing local restaurants was a plus. And, it was so much fun getting to those three restaurants via the golf cart we rented while staying at 206 Dream Beach Haven."

"Our family had a great time. The house was clean and true to the pictures show. Location was great as it was easy to get to Downtown St Augustine, to the Publix and to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so it was quiet overnight. Owner was attentive and gave great instructions for everything around the home. We would stay here again!"

"This was the most magical beach stay! Super private beach and close to Saint Augustine for fun. My one year old son loved running around the top deck looking at the ocean and playing in the sand on the bottom floor. They have all the sand toys/chairs/surf boards. Super comfortable and great layout for 2/3 families to share. "
