"This home had more than enough room for the 6 of us. It’s a short walk to the beach or a quick drive to beach access with showers. It’s only 15 minutes from downtown St Augustine and it never felt crowed like St Augustine beach. Check in was a breeze and you’ll receive a message with those instructions prior to your arrival. The owners supply everything that’s needed to make your trip enjoyable including a beach wagon with 5 nice beach chairs and a lot of beach toys for the kids. Every appliance was top notch and worked great, including the washer and dryer. If you’re a coffee drinker they have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. We never ran out of hot water, even with all 3 showers running at the same time. There are smart TVs in all the rooms and the WiFi worked great as well (they will send you the WiFi login info on the day of your arrival). In all the property is located in a great spot with easy access to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. "

"Everyone in our group was completely satisfied with the house! In a group of 16 with ages varying from 12 to 60 years that was quite an accomplishment.The house is very peaceful and relaxing… the beach is near by but you might be tempted to stay by the beautiful pool area. I am always very particular about cleanliness but no worries here!! Great house‼"

"Truly is a place for “Beach Therapy”!!!! There is everything you need for the beach already there at the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Armondo and Kevin are great to deal with!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!!!"

"Amazing property with all families need for a laid back beach vacation. I had my daughter's and son with their families and it was awesome. Comfy beds, 2 fridges space to be together and space to be in groups.We bought more forks for use with dinners but that is minor. Dishwasher could have worked better. "
