Wending machines didn’t accept credit cards. Breakfast choices were terrible. Bath tab shower was broken and no one was repairing it during our stay. During the shower complete bathroom would be under water. The door of the bathroom are damaged due to the moisture and not able to close. Pillows size terrible.

The lady attending the breakfast was absolutely kind, clean and very polite and friendly. My kids got up late for breakfast and she got them food. That's above and beyond.

Staff is great & attentive to guest complaints. Overall, stay was ok for 1 night but we had little bugs in our room by the desk area & bathroom counters. Didn’t look like bed bugs or ants but they were annoying when trying to eat or leaving water out for too long. Only stayed a night & glad i didn’t stay longer. Beside that, stay was average.

There is a lot of construction in the area which made getting to the property difficult. Had I known this, I would've booked a different hotel. There were also a lot of transient people hanging around outside, which made me uneasy about leaving my vehicle unattended.

Total lack of attention to details for a Best Western PLUS - have come to expect much more when I stay in a PLUS hotel of Best Western. Nice granite shower walls BUT no place to put shampoo or soap???? Only one trash can in the entire room. About 4 tissues stuffed in the box. Towels not plush. Have experienced MUCH better ammenites at the PLUS hotels of Best Western before.

The check-in was quick and the gentleman was accommodating. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. The bathroom was roomy. The lady in the breakfast area was very nice. The breakfast area had fruit flies and one was swimming in my OJ. Behind the pool area was a swampy area that smelled. The grounds were neat and cared for but Construction around the area made the area seem slumish.
