"Beautiful location on the beach. Easy to get to a grocery store or into St Augustine. Loved that there was a bathroom on each floor. House is well used but very comfortable. "

"This place was very dirty, filthy, outdated, dirty carpets, very old furniture and bed sheets. It smelled of cigarettes smoke, and mildew. There was also a dead coackroach in the room. I would give negative stars if I could, I went in the room and left within 10 minutes because I was not going to sleep in a dirty nasty room like that! I Definitely DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!"

"The room was clean and cozy. Everything you would need is avaliable in the room, but if you wanted something extra you're just a walk away from grocery stores and restaurants. "

"The main draw of this house is the location, which is great. Being right on the beach, the views were great. The pool was also very nice -- although too cold this time of year to do more than dip ones feet in.The house is large enough for a family to spread out. The furniture and beds were in good condition.It is an easy drive into town.The house itself could use some TLC. There are a lot of areas that could use spackle, paint, or a faceplant screwed in properly. For the most part none of these really affect the quality of a short stay."

"Beautiful house with all the amenities you need. Comfortably accommodated 21 people. Early morning hot tub sits and walks on the beach for the sunset were a big hit Host was very responsive, highly recommend!"
