Room was average. The pool (heated) and beach access were nice. The breakfast was basic but nice, they delivered it every morning. Downside… we arrived early from our flight and asked to checked in early. They let us check in 1.5 hours early even though our room sat cleaned and empty since the time we arrived. Also asked to check out a bit late (offered to pay extra) but said they could only accommodate by 1 hour. Again, several rooms sat empty during this time.

Good AC and heating unit in the room. The pool was kept up very nice and the walk to the beach is so nice and not very far at all. Very nice place to stay.

Breakfast delivered was a nice touch, property very clean and well maintained. Comfy bedding, nice shower and ice cold fridge! The staff was awesome even when we left personal items behind...they mailed them right to us. Thank you and we'll be back!

My third time staying here and it is always the same. Pros: Clean, comfortable and perfect for beach walks. It is also far enough away from the historic area so you aren’t surrounded by the crowds. It is near several good restaurants, which allows for relaxing evenings without long drives for dinner. Coms:The delivery of breakfast in a basket is a quaint touch, but more than 2 items and 1 beverage choice per person is lacking, even for a continental breakfast. The walls are thin, so loud voices and TV’s in adjoining rooms can be disturbing when trying to sleep. Beach chair rentals and umbrella prices are too high for those who can’t bring those items with them when flying. However, the overall price point is worth it for a place right on the beach and I will continue to stay when available.

Second time staying here - we feel like it’s such a hidden gem. Clearly the employees take great pride in the upkeep and the day to day operations. Would without hesitation recommend to anyone!!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Rooms in great condition and very clean. Heated pool, a short walk to the beach, the only downside was it states “free breakfast included” that’s misleading!!!! They handed me a paper which included very very limited choices for that “free breakfast” you may choose 2 items each person and only orange juice. For example 1.bagel 2. Boiled egg 3. Muffin with nuts and coconut. 4.biscuit 5.scone NO milk No cereal (kids) NO fresh fruit. So for those traveling with kids or food allergies don’t book this place based on free breakfast :) also you get that delivered to your room:( NO restaurant or cafeteria:(

We booked this hotel because of continental breakfast & ocean view. For breakfast you had room delivery & could only pick two items per person. A bagel, 1-boiled egg, extra small muffin, or yogurt. Orange juice that tasted terrible. There was no ocen view & a long way to walk to beach. We pd ahead of time & ck in they wanted to charge more. Good thing I had my paper work with. Office wasn't friendly at all. Ck out didn't even ask if you enjoyed your stay or thank you. Floors dirty so you had to wash the bottom of your feet everyday. Asked them to wash floors but didnt. We were there for 8-days. Very disappointed! Wouldn't recommend. There's a lot of hotels down thr street to book besides this one. We felt fake advertising w/ocean view, cleanliness & continental breakfast.

Location, rooms were clean. Pool was excellent. Perfect walk to the beach, don’t even have to walk off property. Coffee, smoothie and wrap shop nearby. Loved walking out to the beach and being able to walk to other roads and establishments, could and did just walk down the road… but the beach walking was better! Didn’t realize coffee was at the front desk for people staying to enjoy, but got a cup when leaving, pretty good.

No place to sit and enjoy the facility. Yes I understand that people congregate and have fun but I thought that was the idea. Very limited breakfast choices that are delivered. I did not even consider it to be a continental breakfast.
