「The location was excellent! One of the ladies at check-in was a little rude. When I walked in, I said I wasn’t sure what name the room was under. I gave her both names. She said, “I have no idea what you are talking about” in a condescending tone. There were two ladies. She was the one with the lighter hair. It set a negative tone. My partner and I just made jokes that that she didn’t like the look of me. The room was a little run down. We didn’t realize how small it was. We asked if we could...
