As our flight was delayed we stayed here for 48 hours, I'm so glad I didn't spend a week here. AVOD!! Had to first change rooms due to a really foul smell. The next rooms door wouldn't shut properly also bathroom door. As I was exhausted with family we just stayed. The next morning I spoke to reception and was assured it would be dealt with. Also the basic amenities would have been nice. We left for the day returned back and behold NOTHING was done. The morning of checkout maintenance knocked hard at 8am to see the problem as I had complained. Person in reception was just not interested. Also $27 a night parking. Avoid this place.

Villa experience was exceptional. The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Margarita mixer and family board games were a nice bonus. Every room had a flatscreen#winning. The kids watched their programs and the adults did not have to watch cartoons! The shuttle to the main hotel was easy to use and took us to the waterpark and nearby shops. We loved the bonus of free entry to H2O waterpark which was AWESOME! Great savings and great fun. Lots of variety and luxury with this booking. Booking our next stay and looking forward to returning.
