"This was our second time staying at Laterra. First time was an amazing one bedroom. This time a just as amazing studio. We were well versed on the gate entry and room key access from out first trip. That being said our hosts went above and beyond with all the information we would have needed. Unit is a very good size studio with a small but full size kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. Would stay in this unit again. Laterra and the amenities are really nice."

"Pool was amazing. Our host explained everything for an easy check in and check out. Very clean and spacious studio condo. Bed was very comfortable and Tv was easy to figure out. Also given a wifi password. Would definitely recommend this host! Coffee pot to greet you in the morning. Full size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. "
