The Laterra resort boasts a plethora of amenities right outside your doorstep. Heated pool, pool with waterfall, hot tub, tennis courts, award winning Golf (King and Bear across the street), fitness center, on site spa (Circle of Wellness), and much more. This charming condo is located within a short drive to beautiful beaches to choose from - whether you want to surf or just put your toes in the water, it's all within driving range. Additionally historic old St. Augustine welcomes you with trolly rides, shopping on St. Georges street, historical landmarks, festivals, holidays with Night of Lights. Beautiful area for golfers
Lovely neighbourhood and condo has great amenities - pool, hot tub plus community center close by. Condo itself is a good size with everything we needed but quite dated with older carpet, furniture, tv, bathroom. Very responsive host.

Overall good value and better option than hotel. Nearby golf course and fitness facility was a plus. Seamless check-in process and condo was as pictured and advertised.

The condo was just as described and was super clean. A couple suggestions would be to have brighter lights in the bathroom and some new / clean luggage carts. Thank you we will be back soon

Peaceful condo and location
We were looking for a peaceful place to rest and visit for a few days over the 4th. This condo was just right for that. The pool is nice and the grounds are gorgeous!

Great stay
Very clean and comfortable unit. Quiet at night so you’ll be fine for an early tee time! Convenient for golf at the King and the Bear with relaxing at the pool afterwards.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated condo, in picturesque area with access to a very nice pool. 20-30 minutes from St. Augustine and it's beaches. Lots to do and see, or just relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Perfect Golf Getaway!
We stayed at La Terra last weekend so we could attend TPC. It was wonderful. Luba was extraordinarily generous in allowing us access early and her provisions in the condo were likewise welcome. My 7 year old was very happy to walk into a complementary can of Pringles!. The accommodations were spot on with the description. It was a bit of drive to Sawgrass, but we knew it would be and were ok with that. Being at the World Golf Village and close to it's amenities as well as St. Augustine were worth it. I am already looking at possible dates for a return. Would highly reccomend.
