"This is an old Quality Inn Motel that has been re-purposed very nicely. It has a great pool, playground for small kids, even a place to cook out. They have a small gym and breakfast included in the morning, which included eggs and sausauge. Extremely nice amenities for a small motel and is in a very convenient location to I-95. Our room was clean except they missed most corners and along the beds, baseboards, even the corners in the bathroom did not get cleaned but the main surfaces, tub and toilet were very clean. We would stay here again."

"First time at this location wow it’s very old as its last remodel was in 2008. The staff was really nice and made it worth it. The views were also very pretty. The restaurant on site had decent food. However, we enjoyed the hot tub which was very very tiny and when we were Trying to enjoy the hot tub on the evening it was just me and my son and my husband. It’s not like we were partying, but it was very uncomfortable. The maintenance man came out, sat near us like he was waiting for us to leave and then approached us at 10 till close and said hey just so you know it’s closing basically we got kicked out 10 minutes before while being stocked which was very uncomfortable. I mean I understand they need to close it down but why not let people enjoy it until 10 o’clock if that’s when it’s supposed to close.Also the beds are very hard. They definitely need a bed upgrade. Overall it was a nice day, but they definitely need an upgrade and if you’re looking for somewhere that’s going to be nice and new this is not for you. The best part was probably the breakfast buffet. It was amazing outstanding."

"This was a great 4 day trip.Our accomodations where perfect.The bed was comfortable and the place was spotless.Al was a great host.We had coffee and snacks to enjoy while in the room.If you are a golfer the course will not dissapoint.The grounds were lovely and the pools were relaxing.We will be back for sure."

"This has to be the best place to stay. The room was gorgeous, even had a washer and dryer so you go home with clean clothes, the bed was amazing. It was the best place we have ever stayed at. Clean and everything you need was there. It was like moving your own home to beautiful Saint Augustine FL. The host was always quick to reply to any questions and very sweet. We would highly recommend this rental to everyone.If I had to ask for any changes it probably be that there was 2 keys & fobs for guest. This way if one wanted to go do one thing like shop (me ;) ) and the other my hubby wanted to spend the day at the incredible pool it would work nicely. Having only one key fob made it Hard for us."

"Just as described. My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We found the resort very beautiful, clean, and quiet. We sat by the pool each day. The room was stocked with items not usually found in a VRBO such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room is perfect for two people and the area was new and upcoming, relaxed, laid back, less traffic than we expected. We made trips to St. Augustine, the beaches, Palm Coast, Daytona, and Jacksonville. The Hosts were very easy to contact with any questions. We would highly recommend!!"
