"This was a very safe, comfortable property in an exclusive, gated community. The check-in process was smooth and the directions were very thorough. The gate access was easy to use. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was very relaxing. The host was very responsive. We would highly recommend this property for a weekend visit or a long stay in the St. Augustine area. "Bathroom had a constant bad odor, wallpaper was peeling, tub was stained and chipped. Time for a remodel! We were there late, tired, and leaving early so I didn’t bother to ask for another room. Kept a towel rolled up by the door to keep the noise and light out from the big gap. Bed was comfortable and nice to have a fridge in the room. We have stayed there once before but I won’t be back. "

"The studio was exceptionally clean. The towels were fresh and there were lots of them. The bed was comfortable and the a/c and fan worked great. Great amenities too - several pools on the premise and a great fitness center. I liked the security features as well - the QR code and guard for entry and the key fob for the elevator were appreciated safety features. The studio is located in a beautiful development that has lots of sidewalks for running or walking. Also close to any type of store you need - Publix, CVS and Walgreens about 5 minutes away. "

"Pool was amazing. Our host explained everything for an easy check in and check out. Very clean and spacious studio condo. Bed was very comfortable and Tv was easy to figure out. Also given a wifi password. Would definitely recommend this host! Coffee pot to greet you in the morning. Full size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. "

"This place was a God sent place for us. I rent VRBO a couple of times a year and I have never seen this place. I am very grateful for the host Ali, she was very nice and accommodated our family. The Kitchen was big and had everything we need it. Rooms were clean."
