"They don’t have wifi or TV the first night and didn’t credit my account for the non usage and payment and inconvenience. Also didn’t tell me at check in. I usually sleep with tv and would have been useful to know"

"The room was an unexpected surprise. It was a very spacious, high end and plush king size bedroom. It was clean. It was immaculate. The small kitchenette was a great addition. However I did not need that. I booked room from Expedia and it was a $100 a night plus tax. It was a very nice clean and safe place. In the the center of St. John Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. "

"This is not a good place to stay. The lock for the outside door was broken. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana real bad inside the hallways. Dirty room and no toilet paper in room. Front desk staff was not accommodating."

"We had a terrible experience. The rooms were dirty, sheets had potato chips, there were bugs in the kitchenette and mold in the bathtub and windows. The floor and bathtub was extremely dirty. The property refused to give us a refund, although hotels.com gave us credit which is greatly appreciated. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"If you're expecting anything but a dingy poor maintained hotel then look elsewhere. The walls had patches of missing paint. The carpet in the room was dirty and dusty and stained. The room had a weird dingy smell. Every corner had some sort of dirt. The sheets felt damp and again, strange smell. The receptionist was unwelcoming and the staff had a weird pushy attitude. The stairwell was filled with trash and it stunk horribly. The only decent thing about this place was the breakfast. It's nothing but a cheap stinky motel hiding under the label of a 3 star luxury stay."
