「I would have rated this place as Excellent based on overall customer service, breakfast quality and comfort. What made me lower the score were two things: shower condition and bath amenities. The shower floor is very slippery and poses danger despite the available grab bars. I agree the bath amenities are more economical to maintain because they need not be replenished daily requiring housekeepers’s attention and meet guest’s immediate needs; however, I’m just not fond of its pumping feature....
