「Staff was good property was nice and clean. Room was good size and clean. Only down point is breakfast. We are vegetarian diat so not choice for veg breakfast. Some more customers also vegetarian thay feel same like us. So like to request please add vegetarian options in breakfast.」

「Location it’s amazing, close to the beach」

「This place was exactly what I needed. Very simple, no frills, but had all the basics and extremely close to the beach. Such an easy walk and the beach access has a new walkway. Bring a bag of ice. No ice maker. There is a counter top ice maker but the ice cubes melt quickly. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. What more do you need for a long weekend at the beach.Bring your own beach towels and chairs, like I said, there are only the basics. I would definitely stay here...

「Couldn’t have had a more perfect place for our short stay in Jacksonville Beach, FL! It was adorable in decor, very clean, lots of extra little details to make us very comfortable there. The hosts were pleasant in all communications, always helpful, and quick to respond. I would 10/10 recommend.」

「We enjoyed our stay. All our basic needs were met. I would suggest that the unit be labeled so that it is easily located. The grass needed to be cut. I would suggest a few more hooks to hang things on. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. My husband misplaced his sunglasses, if they are found please let me know.」

「The convenience to the beach was wonderful. The room was small but clean and modern. It had everything we needed. I liked having access to the washer and dryer. We would stay here again. Suggestions: full length mirror in the hall leading to the bathroom/assigned parking for each guest unit. (The parking was a "free for all", but in all fairness, it was 4th of July weekend so it may have been busier than usual)」

「We appreciate the proximity to the beach, the extremely comfortable king size bed All the outlets for phones , iPads , kindles hairdryers etc. the gated yard was great for our 9 year old rescue dog. The restaurant choices and fish market were so convenient !!! It’s a great place to stay since our family lives close by. Our host Audrey quickly replied to any question we might have had. We have a great visit!」

「Great communication from the host. Close to the beach and beach access. The only thing I would say is the 2 flights of stairs and steep and narrow if you are older or have a problem with stairs. Home is clean and fully stocked with linens, coffee and soaps and shampoo.」
