「Overall beautiful property! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. One of the guys at the front desk even helped me with my bags. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the view from the oceanfront balcony. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! I was sad to leave. The only thing I didn’t like, not the hotels fault, was there were too many owners who left there dogs unleashed. I don’t mind dogs on the beach, but...

「The best part was the staff starting with Diane who had an outstanding personality and customer service. We actually thought she was an owner of the hotel. Vickie who just started is very friendly and will fit into this front desk position perfectly. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Our waitress Sam went out of her way to make sure we were happy including having more tea bags ordered for Carol's morning cup of tea. The beach and ocean views are spectacular. This is the most incredible location....
