「First and foremost, I want to say how wonderful Brian, our host, responded and made everything perfect for our visit. The house was clean, had every appliance that we could use if we needed, location perfect to everything in town etc. His helpfulness was outstanding. 「When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm. I was asked to send a picture, which I did (attached to this message) and was assured the trash would be cleaned up. We stayed until Wednesday; the trash was never cleaned up. 「The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience.」
