「One of the best kept secrets in around Amelia Island. We were there for the auction at Goodings and I was impressed at how clean quiet and how close everything was to the home. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.」

Etc.Cons, too many stairs especially if you have senior adults and small children. Top level, hard to cool temperature. Very small pool. Overall, a good place to rent, but for our needs, with small children and senior adults, we will need a different place next time we visit Island. 」

「The condo was beachfront as listed, which is very nice. However, the condo is in need of some updating. The property offered limited supplies of soap and kitchen garbage bags. We were asked to remove all our garbage, but had only 2 garbage bags for the weekend. Also there was no flexibility with early or late arrival or departure. We did not feel welcomed with the exorbitant prices they were asking for just 15 minutes extra time. Or charging hundreds just to come in an hour earlier. I never...
