Fernandina Beach is a community of "easy living," and is located on Amelia Island. The town is known for great golf. The beaches are expansive and there are many outdoor activities to take part in nearby. You'll be near several state parks and ecological preserves where wildlife can be observed. Peter's point state park is adjacent to the property, know as a fun sandy beach for fishing and vehicles. Enjoy many shopping and dining options.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception to the storage space on the first floor. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The space
Set over three floors, the townhouse features an airy living area with sliding doors that open onto a covered patio. A comfortable sofa faces an upright piano and widescreen TV – perfect for evening entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, a coffee maker, blender and cooking basics, and the adjacent dining area seats six. A stacked washer and dryer are tucked into the kitchen for your convenience. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed.
Sleeping arrangements
Up to eight guests can spread out across three bright bedrooms fitted with memory foam mattresses and soft linens. On the middle floor, the primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony and attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed, while the top floor bedroom features a queen bed and two singles along with sweeping ocean views. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and plenty of clothing storage help ensure a restful night.
Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are located on the middle floor. One is en suite to the king bedroom with a walk-in shower and vanity, and the other down the hall includes a combination tub and shower. Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided.
Outdoor living
Step onto the covered back patio and follow the private walkway directly onto the beach. You’ll find outdoor furniture for dining or reading in the shade, and a balcony off the master bedroom perfect for greeting the day. A community pool sits just a few steps from the townhouse and is available year-round. Beach essentials are provided, and there is free parking for two vehicles in the private driveway.
Location & activities
Situated in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, the home is surrounded by miles of shoreline, golf courses and nature preserves. Wander next door to Peter’s Point State Park for fishing and wildlife watching, tee off at one of the nearby golf clubs, or explore historic downtown – a 10-minute drive away – with its shops and restaurants. Jacksonville International Airport is about forty minutes by car. Whether you prefer quiet mornings on the sand or afternoons exploring the island on foot, golf cart or Segway, this townhome gives you a comfortable base from which to experience the charm of northeast Florida.
There are several ways to get around on the island - walking, golf carts, Segways, etc. A car is recommended depending on your plans.

Please be advised parking is limited to 2 full-size vehicles or three compact cars in the driveway only. Towing laws will be strictly enforced. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in other areas of the neighborhood. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, trucks above 1/2 ton, commercial vehicles of any size, and buses should not be parked at this property.
Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. All household trash must be secured in sturdy plastic bags and placed inside the dumpster located at the south end of the property. All other items must be disposed of at the owner's expense. Please do not litter.
Due to strict HOA policies and rules, no pets or grilling are allowed.
• Bringing a pet will result in a minimum fine of $500. However, ADA service dogs are allowed. Please notify us first as we will need to inform the Homeowners Association.
• Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Electric Grills, Hibachis, or similar electrical devices are prohibited, and use of these may result in a fine. Grilling devices can only be used by named owners of the property under the Community Home Association guidelines.
