「Last year when we stayed here, we had a beautiful room with everything in good repair and everything was clean. This year, the toilet paper holder was broken, things weren’t quite as clean as they were last time, and it took a really long time for the air-conditioning to cool the room.」

Called to try and get some refund and had to endure 30 minutes of recorded trumpet blaring before being told to hold while being transfered. gave up after another 30 minutes of blaring trumpet "music" and then went to my bank. They'll handle it. 」
