We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!

David and Julie are consummate hosts! I altered my departure plans because I didn't want to miss one of Julie's breakfasts! Our room was magnificent, clean and so comfortable. They were very attentive but super cool and laid back at the same time. The house itself is a gem. Location is perfect and the pool is the cherry on the sundae! We can't wait to return!

This is a wonderful restoration of a 1905 home. The staff is awesome and makes the stay really enjoyable. The floors creek but the bed is comfortable and the breakfasts gourmet quality. Bikes are available, there is a pool and hot tub, plenty of parking. It is a wonderful escape from the standard hotels. We loved it. And we met a lot of really nice visitors as well. Great place that we will return to.

I love Home2 Suites. Lots of room and the kitchenettes are always well stocked with supplies. A nice way to say extra money. Breakfast is always a great start to your day.

I loved this hotel, it was our first time to Amelia Island. We have two small kids, ages 5 and 2. Everyone had a blast. Property is awesome. As always the customer service at a Ritz Carlton is above and beyond. The location is great, short drive or uber ride in to downtown. Beach feels secluded. We had a truly wonderful time during our three day stay. The staff was always there and always helpful. The happy hour was so much fun. We met so many people and had so many wonderful conversations on that "happy hour" deck overlooking the ocean. The staff was always there to meet your every need - and the unlimited, complamentry beer/wine/snacks during happy hour was way beyond expectations. The only negative thing in the entire stay was the bed. I think the matress came over on the Mayflower....

I absolutely loved our stay! It was above and beyond our expectations!! I wasn’t sure how it would be but I can honestly say I would stay here every time I visit Amelia Island! It was so clean, comfortable and very nice! They provided everything you could possibly need with toiletries and gave us a gift of water bottles and travel info upon arrival. I don’t know who hires the staff, but they know what they’re doing. Every single person was awesome. They’re helpful and very friendly. Only complaint is the same with any high end hotel. You’re quoted and pay in advance for your stay. They also tell you what you will have to pay at the hotel. It was twice as much, and we didn’t do anything to cause the increase.

Very quiet. Room was perfect. Towels lux! BUT...I wish the staff (not kitchen) was more visible. I found myself hunting them. Breakfast was wonderful. Continental and eggs cooked to order and delish. All was great from beginning to end.

By far, best feature of the hotel is the pool area - it did not disappoint. Compared to so many other hotels, this pool has fun waterfalls which also provided shade. For the weekend we were there, it never felt crowded because the area in and around the pool is spacious. Loved how breakfast was a little different each morning - plenty of options. Very comfortable room, friendly staff. Breakfast is NOT included and available on site for $19. Comfortable lobby area. Elevators were quite slow. Good location with easy beach access and near the Jax Pier. Restaurants and stores within easy walking distance.

Amazing staff Amazing view great restaurant. A 4 hour drive so great getaway. Wonderful location. The room with a balcony wias 100 100. Beach not crowded.
