「It’s just a lovely house. Everything was very clean. The beds are really comfortable. Nice porches for sitting outside in the morning. A large yard for kids to run around in. We were visiting family in the area and the out of towners stayed at this house - group of adults with some kids.」

「The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. 」

「The space was exactly how described. The host wasted no time pointing us to the entrance, and is very friendly. It was reasonably priced and we would stay here again if we found ourself near South Jacksonville again. This is an upstairs loft style setup so you will have to go up a short flight of stairs, maybe six to eight. The walk from the parking area to the entrance was all about 100 ft so very convenient. It's 2 minutes down the street from a circle K in 5 minutes from a Publix and...

「My family stayed together at this beautiful home while in town for my fathers funeral and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and make some great memories as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!」
