The Kenwood was perfect for our weekend stay in St. Augustine. The Kenwood staff was so accommodating, the breakfast extraordinary and the property absolutely charming. Plus the location walkable to everything going on downtown.

Fantastic, authentic property. Pat made us feel welcome from the first minute. Cookies and wine, fantastic gourmet breakfast and lovely pool. Spacious room in a gorgeous period property. We had a wonderful time at the Kenwood Inn! Pat and the team here provide excellent service. Breakfast was delicious every morning and truly gourmet. We loved that they had a pool, it was wonderful with the warmer weather and a great place to relax. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and the perfect place to sit and relax. We loved our stay at Kenwood Inn! We stayed in Caitlin’s Suite, which has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The 3-course breakfasts are different every day, so tasty, and just enough. The location is very close to everything we wanted to see in the historic area. I can’t recommend this B&B enough.
