「The staff went out of their way to be helpful」

「Staff were very friendly and welcoming. All spaces were clean and very modern. View’s from the pool and rooftop terrace were everything you see in the pictures.」

「Excellent Hotel. Location is also perfect. This was my second time staying here. The food is also incredible. The hotel is so beautiful, the pool the room. Planning already a 2027 trip.」

「Maravilloso todo」

「The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very attentive when it comes to questions and request. The rooms and ver spacious and once the AC is on the comfort is just amazing. Located in a central place where you feet and uber is accessible to get around. A lot of restaurants clubs and pharmacy stores are by the area. As well as currency exchange.」

「Muy buena atención」

「I was so disappointed and am simply speechless. The property was poorly maintained, but the worse part of it all was the staff at the front desk and overall feeling exploited. There were ridiculous extra charges amounting to hundreds of dollars. Please look at my long history and the rest of my reviews which are generally 5 stars of excellent. I am not one to carelessly criticize. But this is a place that will essentially scam you and have you feeling completely exploited. They are incredibly...

「The food was good and the staff was excellent. My only complaint is the water in the sink in the room was warm at best, and the shower was completely cold. That was very disappointing. I would not book again based on this factor alone.」

「Todo muy bien. Muy Bien ubicado. Personal muy atento. Lastima que no tienen servicio de lavandería」
