「I went on a girls’ family trip to this hotel at the end of May, and I absolutely loved the experience. Food and drinks were decent while the staff was friendly and welcoming. One thing I strongly recommend is planning your arrival time carefully. Since the hotel is only accessible by boat, timing is key. Our flight arrived at Cartagena’s airport at 2 PM.
