"Joanna at the front desk was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best celebration of my birthday. "My recent stay at the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena was absolutely delightful. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering clean and well-maintained facilities that enhance the overall guest experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making each interaction a pleasant one. I was particularly impressed with the variety of leisure options available, including three refreshing pools and four Jacuzzis. The beachfront location adds a perfect touch, offering stunning views and direct access to the beach. The pricing is fair for the quality and amenities provided. However, one area where the hotel could improve is by offering a shuttle service to and from the airport. This addition would significantly enhance the convenience factor for travelers. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Cartagena."
