It’s just a good place to stay. The staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are spotless the pools are situated at a great spot and your steps away form the beach!

The staff was great! The rooms were good and with a lot of potential but small details were forgotten. For example, spots/stains in the walls, the doors’ peepholes were missing. Rooms have a great view and the restaurant and food are great. If Hilton Cartagena pays attention to the small details and make a couple of reparations this place will be a gem!
