Buffet area (breakfast) personnel need to provide faster service. We wanted a spice sauce and had to ask 4 different people and it took over 5-7 minutes. Other than these two things, the place and overall service was great! "

However, one area where the hotel could improve is by offering a shuttle service to and from the airport. This addition would significantly enhance the convenience factor for travelers.
