「ホテルは新しく清潔。レストランもとても美味しい。離れにあるビーチハウスもリラックス出来て子連れでもo.k.室内設備や空調、wifiも最高。旧市街から離れている事を承知していれば、とてもリラックスできるホテルです。」

「One of the few all inclusive hotels in Cartagena. The beach is not in the property but close by. There are only 2 pools 1 pretty small and the main pool which is much bigger and one of the ladders is missing (the main one, right in front of the pool bar) only the steps are there under water and are cracked There is not much to do in the hotel but our room was spacious had a comfortable bed, a balcony but unfortunately didn’t have a nice view. It was a good place to relax and rest when there...

「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

「他の予約とあわせ10日間滞在しました。オールインクルーシブプランで、ヌーペリア海側の部屋。部屋も広く景色も良かったです。四つ星ホテルですが、部屋やトイレ、プールやBarが三つ星レベル。部屋の作りや品質が安っぽいし、barのカクテルやスナックがいい加減。欧米の有名チェーン四つ星とは違います。でもコロンビアの、と思えば満足できます。それにスタッフも頑張っていてフレンドリーで、食事も美味しかったです。毎日イベントもやっていますし、キッズクラブもあってすごく活気があるホテルです。家族連れにおすすめで、カジュアルにオールインクルーシブを楽しめます。」
