「Everything was great except the bed. The bed was hard and squeaky. It felt like sleeping directly on a box spring mattress. Otherwise, the room was large and clean, staff were friendly, the shower wasn't ice cold like most homes in Colombia. 2 bottles of water were provided and there was a minifridge. The balcony was nice with a peakaboo view of the ocean. Breakfast was good. If it weren't for the bed, I would give it 5 stars. 」

「Room was duty, no towels, no toilet paper. No trash cans.sink was leaking advised receptionist and they didn't send no one to fix it Staff was rude and neglected. No amenities inside room 」

「Our room was kept very clean. The staff tried their very best to talk to us but their English was limited. Good thing for Google Translate. I would not take uses of their all inclusive. The food was something else. They served chicken or pork every night. If I go back I would buy my meals. As the food costs I very reasonable.」

「The hotel was in a good location and very close to restaurants and shops. The bad part was that some employees who served breakfast. Employees were not polite. The room was very closed off, with no windows. The elevator required a key card to go up and down, but it almost never worked. There was no pool. There was a lot of noise in the hallways.」

「他の予約とあわせ10日間滞在しました。オールインクルーシブプランで、ヌーペリア海側の部屋。部屋も広く景色も良かったです。四つ星ホテルですが、部屋やトイレ、プールやBarが三つ星レベル。部屋の作りや品質が安っぽいし、barのカクテルやスナックがいい加減。欧米の有名チェーン四つ星とは違います。でもコロンビアの、と思えば満足できます。それにスタッフも頑張っていてフレンドリーで、食事も美味しかったです。毎日イベントもやっていますし、キッズクラブもあってすごく活気があるホテルです。家族連れにおすすめで、カジュアルにオールインクルーシブを楽しめます。」
