「Generally good. Rooms small but pleasant and well furnished. Bathroom and shower very good. Clean hotel, reasonable basic facilities (gym, small pool, breakfast room). Adequate breakfast. Personally I hate being escorted to my room and shown where the lightswitch is and various other obvious features of the room - i also dislike the demand that my small rucksack is taken off me at checkin to be carried up by the concierge. 「El personal es un amor, te hacen sentir unico y especial, las habitaciones son super lindas y con todo lo necesario sea para belleza y cuidado personal o para la ropa. Los restaurantes son muy ricos y esta cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y playa. Me encanto!」

「このホテルのいいところは、大きく３つです。一つ目は、ナマケモノや鹿などの動物がいるところ。子どもたちが楽しむことができました。二つ目は、プールです。一番深いところは３ｍ以上あり、小学高学年の息子はとても楽しんでいました。三つ目は、海が近いところです。私はサーフィンが趣味で、すぐに海の状況を見ることができるのが良かったです。（波のコンデションが悪く、サーフィンできませんでしたが。） 悪いところは、wifiがすぐに切れてしまう点は改善してほしいです。また、朝食はおいしかったのですが、有料でとても高かったです。」

「Amazing view, more than a hotel is an apartment, just be aware of your Expedia messages because you will have instructions to check inn, and if you’re traveling from other countries like I did, make sure you got internet access on your phone, that way you can complete the check inn process at the property 」

「No hot water. Cold shower every single day! Refuse to fix. There is a hot water tank but not operational. If you complain they become difficult to deal with in hotel when entering and won’t let you in without a long visit at the desk for no reason. The apartment was in very rough shape. Stove required lighter to work. Sofa peeling badly. Toilet seat broken. Too many issues to mention. I suggest finding any other place to stay if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation. 」
