"Housekeeping was attentive and on top of needs. Property is in the smaller side with limited beach front. Food is average, which will keep you at bay till you decide what restaurants you would like to visit for dinner! Found it difficult to maintain on just the food offerings the hotel offered. I liked the fact that the hotel is located next to the Xcaret ferry location, which made it an ease to board and get off after isla de mujeres without waiting for shuttle service or transportation."

"We did 6 night as moon palace cancun from April 19-25th. We were little nervous before going there. There are alot of reviews that confuse you. At first we were worried that we been put into moon palace sunrise instead of the grand(expedia pictures shows mostly grand) and it might not be good. But after spending 4 nights at sunrise and 2 and grand I realized that sunrise has more activity and shows for kids. Even sunrise pool are well maintained and good fun for kids. Overall trip was great with no issues. Staff was really helpful and kids had great time. I will want to thank Fabricio for making your stay comfortable and made sure all our needs are met. Highly recommend great resort with great service."

"Everything was clean. Food was amazing. Staff was very friendly restaurant always tidy. Even though when you book it says all inclusive, only the beach and the pool is all inclusive when you go to the swim up bar or any other bar you still have to pay and it is also the same for the restaurant you have to pay for what you’re ordering you can pay in pesos or you can pay with a debit or credit card."
