良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Poor customer service never answer the phone provided or e mail even thru the Expedia application I have to wait over 45 min to some one open the door for my room because was no code and the code sent out even when I email requested one to be sent out definitely no good experience I was very disappointed with the customer service just don’t care about the guest 2 days later I got a new email just to remind the my check out was at 11 am very bad way to take care customers
The condominium is very nice and clean on a very noisy avenues you won’t sleep and my room towels where new but never washed and I have to buy toilet paper for the days the I was there it was none in the restroom only like a 1/4 left on it not enough for a 3 day and 2 night stay
