Despite being right across from the bus terminal the hotel was very quite. Great location. The room was a bit small but the gardens and pool made up for it. A great place for arrivals.

The room was clean. It was nice to get a room on the main floor for a change (no elevators). Staff were very nice as usual. Beautiful grounds around the pool. Comfortable beds, good food. The big thing is it's right across the street from the ADO bus station. Off to Merida we went!

Convenient location just across Ado. We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind. we arrived at almost midnight, we found a tacos stand outside that was great! We suggest the hotel bar to stay open later 😁

Very close to the bus terminal, so the location was very convenient. The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Decent breakfast. Our rooms had a lot of black stains in the corners. Also, the bathrooms are only separated from the rooms by a sliding glass door, so there is not a lot of privacy from your travel companions.
