"All around a great hotel "

"It's a nice place but I was very disappointed when I found out that it didn't have a hot tub. That's one of the reasons I booked here because I saw online that it did. Turns out it's a spa that is a separate business onsite and guests have to pay $49 to go there. Even then it's a sauna and cold plunge. Great location though!"

"Honestly, probably one of my favourite all-around hotel experience. The one bedroom view suite with a king sized bed was beautiful and well-appointed. The lobby with the koi pond is stunning. Staff were friendly and attentive. The little breakfast place in the lobby was great - good food at a reasonable price. And the location is really convenient for getting to all the sights in downtown Victoria. We would definitely stay again."

"Great location but very old building and rooms. Room looked onto interior atrium of building which is dirty and has bright lighting all night long. Room layout is awkward. Carpet appears to be original. Bedding is lumpy and uncomfortable. I would pass on this hotel if you have other options. "
