The reception staff were exceptional - so pleasant and helpful. Loved the view from the hotel restaurant and the location- right next to Fisherman’s Wharf and a short walk into town. A great place to stay while in Victoria!

We had a lovely room, the novelty of the Japanese toilet was a delight, though hilariously confusing for our youngest child, the swimming pool was a hit with the kids, and the location was quiet but convenient.

The location is perfect. Fisherman’s Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away. It’s close to downtown. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food!
