"The hotel was beautiful and in a great section of San Juan close to cruise pier. The only thing wrong was checkin in was at 4pm and we got there at that time and couldn’t check in till 6pm. They then gave us a $21. refit to use at the hotel which we were leaving next day on a cruise"

"Good A/C. Power went out, but the generator kicked in quickly. Water flow in shower wasn’t good though. "

"When we got there the hallways were dirty, rooms had only the bare minimum, no toiletries, the towels looked used and were very hard, and i couldn’t sleep. I heard gun shots and cops. We preferred to leave at 12m there was a bum in front when we where coming out pulling on his Junk nd making remarks we didn’t feel safe and I would not recommend this location absolutely not, I’ve stayed at many hotels and Airbnbs in San Juan, this has been my worst experience."

"As reserved, the room was simple and clean. It had a nice mattress and very comfortable sheets. The A/C was very good though I barely needed it. I appreciated the water bottles left in my room daily. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Two minor things bugged me. In the shower there was no where to place my toiletries on a hook or shelf and the shower was a little tight to keep bending down to pick the bottles off the floor. "

"I think we were a tad unlucky as our booked room had been given away by mistake and when we arrived at 10pm the room on offer smelled of damp. The air con control was missing so it was pretty hinky till we got one on day 2. The toilet didn’t refill properly so each time we had to take off the lid and fiddle with the workings to stop the water running. The bed was very small, rickety and squeaky. The male staff were very friendly and helpful however and the free bar is a nice touch, plus the roof terrace has sweeping views. Location is excellent. "
