"For a high end hotel chain I was very disappointed. The room was tiny, no actual coffee (just instant) in the room, no free breakfast for all guests, water refill stations on every floor had only warm water. "

"Lovely place and staff are friendly. When I got to my room the towels and toilet paper, and complimentary water hadn’t been replaced so I had to call to request some. Also my trip was over Easter and I was there to relax and get some good quality rest and a sleep in that I don’t get at home but had housekeeping knocking at the door at 8am, which was quite early. Overall a lovely stay but just the little things, that do matter when you pay a lot for a room over a few days. "
