「Melissa obviously puts a lot of care into her hosting. She was even ready for us with a very last minute booking. We were a little surprised that the rooms were inside her house, but that’s just because we were in a rush to book and didn’t notice that ahead of time. But, it did not bother us and Melissa was extremely kind and accommodating. The room had so much space, was clean and comfortable; it was perfect for what we needed.」

「My partner and I stayed here for our 2 year wedding anniversary and the staff could not have been nicer!! They were so lovely from check in to check out making sure we had what we needed and providing that beautiful location for us to stay in. The decor in the house and our room in particular was stunning, rich and colourful. We would 100% recommend staying here as it’s only a 2 minute walk to the train station that takes you practically everywhere around Auckland!! Thank you Aachen House :))」

「Black and White Retreat was just perfect for us with all amenities we needed. Clean, comfortable (great, comfy bed). Great location, quiet and only a short, flat walk to the beach and even quicker to the boat ramp. "ホテルはオークランド中心地区のスカイシティのすぐ近くだったが、道路一本隔てた隣のブロックだったからか、中心地区にありがちな繁華街の喧騒とは無縁でした。オークランド空港でレンタカーを借りて市内まで移動してきましたが、地下に駐車場が備えられており、道路を隔てた向かいにはHertzレンタカーの返却事務所も会ったため非常に重宝しました。また、Expediaのゴールド会員だったこともあり、特典として駐車場料金は無料になりました。室内もとても綺麗でしたが、部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機が設置されており、溜まった洗濯物もここで全て洗うことができて、とても助かりました。スタッフの対応もよく、オークランドに訪問の際には、また利用したいと思います。"
