"While visiting Auckland, New Zealand, we had the pleasure of staying at SkyCity Hotel. From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff; you were served with total consideration for your comfort and enjoyment of their facility. Our room was spacious, totally clean, & very comfortable. The bed and linens were warm and supportive. We enjoyed the smooth coffee provided in the room in the mornings along with refrigerated milk. An add bonus I especially enjoyed! The lavatory amenities with a large walk-in shower just added to our pampered stay. The room was very quiet to sleep in and no fan or other guest noise was noticed. Any request was attended to quickly with smiling energetic staff. We want to Thank Aiden for all the attentive help he gave us during our stay!!! An exemplary shout out to the management for leading your staff to be one of the BEST serviced hotels I have ever visited!!! AWESOME JOB!!"
