"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "

"Very conveniently located right at the airport. It was perfect for us to stay after driving in from Tauranga and leaving for a flight to Fiji the following day. Dinner in the cafe was a bit disappointing - lack of choices and not very high quality - my fish was not fresh - but the breakfast buffet was good. Room was reasonably comfortable although no amenities offered such as robe and slippers, extra towels. Overall an adequate stay."
