Very nice room with a view and great bathroom. The hotel is centrally located as well. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good too. Would stay here again.
Good:
1. Very clean room with comfortable bed
2. Convenient location easily accessible to the harbor
3. Gym with sufficient volume and high quality
4. Friendly and helpful staff (The staff at the time of check-in was especially pleasant.)
Bad: Nothing special
What a hotel gem! Loved the decor and muted color scheme. The room was modern and spotless. We had a nice view even from only the 5th floor. Great location too - short walk to the ferry docks. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant the night of our late arrival. Steak frites with the carrot salad did not disappoint.
Hotel Indigo Auckland was an excellent choice for our 10-day stay in New Zealand. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We added the breakfast option and were so glad we did—it was delicious and convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland.
Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Location was good, walking distance to most tourist attractions. Restaurant had delicious food and an original menu. We would stay again.
Hotel is a bit eclectic, but location is convenient to shopping and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk from the docks. Room was spacious and clean but bathroom didn’t have a feeling of privacy from the rest of the room . Light switches took a bit to get used to. Not much of a lobby but restaurant was nice and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was perfect! Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. New property but with history to the hotel site, rooms were well thoughtafter. Great location.
