"I paid for an Elite King room and I got a room overlooking the side of the building where the grid and utilities are. I would think for an uncharge, I would not get a room with zero view. I traveled all the way from America to stay there, so it was depressing to open the drapes and see that everyday. I should not have pay for a premium room to get that view."

The parking is at the Casino half a blick away with a fairly convoluted process to validate etc. Nice simple clean room, nice hotel - criticism was room 813 adjacent to lifts gets lift mechanism noise all night.
