オークランド 地区 のB&B

「1901年に建てられた建物で、横浜の異人館に宿泊しているような雰囲気です。5部屋しかなく、夫婦でやれる範囲の人数しか泊めない、暖かい雰囲気のホテルでした。オークランド大学に近く、ダウンタウンも歩いて15-20分くらいです。18世紀の大きなバスタブに浸かって、19世紀のイギリスです。その雰囲気が好きな人にはたまりません。バスタブとトイレは共用という部屋もあります。朝食もご主人が自ら作り、運んでくれますし、おいしい。ロビーでは、夜他の宿泊客と楽しい会話も楽しみました。」

「初めてのニュージーランド、初めてのオークランド。市の中心から離れていても駅の近くの宿に泊まりたいと思い、ここを選びました。駅からは徒歩8分くらい。大きい道沿いに歩いていくだけなので、簡単です。途中、中規模のスーパーマーケットもあるので、そこで食料などを買うこともできました。 ツインルームでお願いしたので、二人で一部屋6000円しないくらい、一人当たり2800円くらいだったので、ある程度の問題は目をつぶろうと思っていましたが、予想と反して、お部屋も清潔、オーナーのKarenさんは穏やかで優しい、Karenさんが集めた調度品もかわいらしいものばかりで、素敵なおうちでした。 またオークランドに行く機会があったら、必ずKarenさんの宿に泊まりたいです！」

The owners make sure you get a great car park out front and the area aside from the beautiful beach has a bunch of scenic walks. 「Location great, cleanliness great, provisions great, access great, nothing about the property could be faulted. Property owner was well prepared and friendly when we arrived, communication before arrival was excellent. The only (very very minor) request for improvement would be a light on the sign on the road, we returned at night and struggled to locate the entrance confidently in the dark. Noting this did not detract from the stay in the slightest.」

「Unique and memorable」

「We liked how the property was within an easy walking distance to Howick Village and Howick Beach. Host Steve was super responsive, welcomed us when we arrived and prepared wine, fruits, cereal and milk for us. He also lets us use the washing machine and hang laundry. The independent studio is accessed through the main house so we had to carry all of our stuff through his house. 「Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Es war sehr familiär, man hat zusammen gefrühstückt und einen schönen Einblick in das reale Leben bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und das Bett super bequem. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Die Umgebung war eine schöne Nachbarschaft, ca 15 minuten zu Fuß ist ein Einkaufscenter inklusive Supermarkt.」
