"Polite staff and clean rooms"

"We booked a room with twin beds and were placed in a family room with a double and a bunk bed. The room was tiny. I cannot imagin how a familiy of four including luggage will manage. The bath room is also tiny and there is no shelf for toileteries. The price was also higher then comparable hotels near the airport. The shuttle bus is not free and return trip costs $13 per person. The restaurant was great, good portion size and tasty. But all in all we would not stay there again "

From the location to the front desk staff to the concierge to the valet are all at the top of their game. 10/10. "
