「写真と実際のホテル（ビル）が違って、ボロい。フロントの対応の愛想が悪い。部屋の案内もなく、どうして自分の部屋に入るのか困った。結局、ドアが二つあって、一つ開けてからまた自分の部屋のドアを開ける仕組みだった。掃除をあまりしていないのか、入り口、廊下、階段等でゴミが散らかっていた。」

「You can not beat the location. Steps from the marina, lots of exploration opportunities, and more great restaurants than you can handle. Layout of the apartment is a little quirky but over all is super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!」

「Great place to stay. 2 bedrooms which suited myself and my 2 teenage kids. Excellent location with great food options and a short walk to the aquaduct and shops. 」

「Our apartment was a bit small (tight around the bed and furniture), but it was clean and functional. It's not this property's fault that we had just stayed a week in Melbourne in a comparably priced, yet more comfortable apartment. The location is fine as Auckland is a small, walkable city. Just a few things worth noting for anyone considering a stay: 1. The kitchen is under equipped for cooking (i.e. a bowl, a larger flat pan would be a good add). 2. There is no air conditioning. 「Exceptional property. From the location, to the furnishings and communication from Host. I was impressed. However, the check in was quite inconvenient as the key is located off site, in a lockbox on a very busy corner. I would encourage them to reevaluate this and find a closer option. 」

「Fantastic spacious apartment with amazing views, fully furnished with all the amenities for an enjoyable, comfortable stay for the whole family. Situated within convenient walking distance to everything. Bonus was the apartment complex double carpark space for this apartment. We enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor facilities, swimming pools, spas, sauna, gyms, tennis court. We would stay here again when visiting Auckland.」
