「Had to pick up key at different location which was confusing. When got to place there was no air conditioning and no fans and it was hot. While it didn’t list aircon it was assumed it would have aircon or at least fans. The booking agent did arrange a fan for us after we asked for it. While no gym listed I was led to believe there was a gym on site but there wasn’t. It was also very noisy outside which made it difficult to sleep as had to keep windows open for breeze. 「10am check out is perhaps an hour early but other than that, if you are in Auckland for leisure and fancy morning runs/walsk along the harbour, walking out of the building to cafes, restaurants and bars, you will love this apartment. The second bedroom is a tad small and has no windows, but is fine. The spec is spotless, the lounge a great size and the main bedroom also a good size. A small but ample deck to sit out on whilst deciding to go to Dr Rudi’s , Soul or elsewhere. 」

The location is ideal - a short walk down to the Queens wharf.And Jane, our host, was very helpful and responsive to questions and special requests. We were able to drop our luggage off well before check in which was a huge benefit.」

「Check-in and out was very awkward- had to pick up and drop off key at a convenience store about 1/2 mile away. Master bathroom shower doors door leaked profusely- had to use all the towels to mop up floor. Corporate manager not real responsive. On plus side, it was very clean and view was good. However, not many eating places or other conveniences nearby.」
