「Host was very helpful, nice and useful kitchen. The apartment was pretty clean but the furniture could use some updating. Lots of small things seemed to be broken like the toilet paper holder, couch had a big spring out of place, and the kitchen chairs were torn. The bed was also broken but the host said it would be replaced for the next guest. 」

Accessed the property on January 25th and on same date informed property owner of the terrible carpets condition and the next date, I requested cancelation that the host agreed i have not received any confirmation from VRBO and at this time i am not trusting VRBO would issue the requested refunds since the carpets were very dirty and should not have been available for rent. I vacanted the property on the 27th and as a result i was forced to inmediatamente locate a new property....
